How can I change my payment method?

Things change every day when you own a business and we want to make that transition easier for you. OpenPhone is flexible to change- you can pay online with your business credit card, through Apple or Google Play.

We recommend online payments. Why? With online payments, you can stop using your personal card linked to your Apple or Google Play account and start using your business credit card.

When paying online, it's easier to manage your OpenPhone subscriptions straight from the admin dashboard (new subscription, renewal, cancellation). Plus, you have the option to have your invoices sent directly to you. 

If you're still subscribed through Google Play or Apple, you'll need to unsubscribe so you're not double charged.

Cancel your Apple subscription

Follow the most up-to-date instructions from Apple here. Once you've unsubscribed, you only need to close then reopen your app.

Cancel your Google Play subscription

1. Launch the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap Menu.

3. Then select My Apps.

4. Click Subscriptions.

5. Then tap on OpenPhone and select Cancel.

To make the switch to your business credit card

Go to https://my.openphone.co/settings/billing (you'll need to log in with your OpenPhone account via laptop or desktop)

Now, the new card will charge automatically every month. Truly, it's that easy.  See? Change isn't that bad! 😊
