Nobody likes getting a call or a text from an unknown number when it’s actually someone you know.
If you have professional contacts in your device address book and you'd like to sync them with OpenPhone, we'll show you how to do it.
How to sync your iOS contacts
1. Click on your account icon and then click "Settings" to access the settings menu
2. Inside the settings menu, select "Contacts"
3. Select "Sync Contacts". From here, you can choose whether to sync the contacts locally (i.e. device specific) or remotely (i.e. throughout your OpenPhone account)

How to sync your Android contacts
Note: There's currently a bug in uploading contacts in Android. We have removed this functionality for now. As a workaround, you should be able to sync your device's contacts with Google Contacts then integrate Google Contacts with OpenPhone.

Open your Android Settings app ⚙️

Tap on Apps & Notifications

Select OpenPhone from the list

Tap on Permissions

If Contacts is listed in the 'Allowed' list, you're all set. If it's in the 'Denied' list, tap on Contacts and then tap 'Allow' to grant it Contacts permission.
