With that being said, many business owners want to know if we are HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) or PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act) compliant.
Currently, OpenPhone is not certified under these acts. However, we take your security very seriously. You can learn more about our security protocols and processes here.
OpenPhone can still be used to book appointments and make calls, but we do not recommend the sharing of private health information yet.
