You can customize everything about your OpenPhone number, even the amount of time callers stay on the line before getting to your voicemail.
By default, there are 15 seconds between when the caller starts hearing the rings and getting to your voicemail.
You can customize ring duration right from your OpenPhone admin dashboard. Here's how:
1. Click "Settings" ⚙️ from the left-hand menu
2. Under "Workspace", click "Phone Numbers"
3. Select the number you'd like to modify settings for
4. Under "Call flow" and "Total ring duration", you can modify the desired number of seconds before callers get your voicemail
